Every piece is made to order by our jewellery workshop overseas, then shipped to you with tracking. We're upfront about this because it's what lets us hand-finish each print at a fair price.

Allow about 4–5 weeks from when you approve your proof to delivery in Australia. You'll get tracking as soon as it ships.

Upload the best one you have and we'll tell you honestly whether it will engrave well. An ink print on white paper also works. You can also tick "I'll email my photo later" and send it after checkout.

Yes. Many of our customers are remembering a pet. Old photos can work if the nose is in focus, and a vet or cremation service may have taken a nose or paw print. Send what you have and we'll help.

Wrap a strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimetres. That's your inner circumference. Our size guide has the full steps. Not sure? Tick "I'll confirm by email" and we'll check with you before we make it.

Take it off for swimming, cleaning and the gym, keep it away from perfume and lotions, and wipe it with a soft cloth. Store it in its box when you're not wearing it.

Yes, until you approve your proof. Just reply to your proof email with the change. Once you approve, we start making it and changes are no longer possible.

Because every piece is personalised, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, we'll repair, replace or refund it under Australian Consumer Law. See Returns & refunds.

Your photos are stored securely and used only to make and check your order. We never share or publish them without asking.
