How It Works

Every piece starts with your pet's real nose print. Here is how it works, start to finish.

1. Choose your piece

Pick a ring, bracelet or pendant and the finish you like. Prices include GST and shipping to Australia is free.

2. Upload the nose print

On the product page, upload a clear photo of your pet's nose, or an ink print made with a non-toxic, water-based ink pad and a sheet of paper. A close-up taken in daylight, with the nose filling most of the frame, works best. If your pet has passed away, an old close-up photo often works. Upload it and we'll check.

3. Add your size and engraving

For rings, enter the inner circumference of your finger in millimetres. For bracelets, enter your wrist measurement. For double-sided pendants, type the name or short text for the back. Our size guide shows how to measure.

4. We confirm, then make it

Within 24 hours we email you to confirm your print, size and engraving. Nothing is engraved until you approve. Our partner jewellers then hand-engrave and polish your piece.

5. Tracked delivery

Your piece ships with tracking in a solid walnut keepsake box with a polishing cloth. Allow about 4–5 weeks from confirmation to your door. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
