Nose Print Jewellery

Your dog or cat’s real nose print, traced by hand from your photo and engraved on a ring, pendant or bracelet. Every one is made to order, and nothing is engraved until you approve it.

What is nose print jewellery?

Every dog and cat has a nose print that is as individual as a human fingerprint: tiny ridges, dimples and creases that no other pet shares. Nose print jewellery captures that pattern and engraves it into metal, so you carry a piece of them that is genuinely theirs, not a generic paw shape.

We work from a clear phone photo or an ink print. A person traces every line by hand, we email you to confirm the print and your details, and only then does it go to engraving.

Getting a good print

Daylight, no flash, and the nose filling the frame. That is most of it. Our guide on how to take a dog nose print walks through the photo and ink methods, and it works for cats too.

Made for Australia

Prices are in AUD. Each piece is made to order by our workshop and sent with tracking; allow about 4–5 weeks from approval to your door.

Dog jewellery that is really about your dog

Search for dog jewellery and you will find paw charms, bone shapes and breed silhouettes. They are sweet, but they could belong to anyone. A nose print is the opposite: it is the one physical detail that only your dog has. That is why nose print pieces have become the go-to for people who want pet jewellery that feels personal rather than themed.

For cats, too

Cat noses are smaller and finer, but they engrave beautifully. See our cat nose print jewellery for tips on photographing a cat and which pieces suit a smaller print.

Nose print or paw print?

A paw print shows the outline of the pads, so most paw print jewellery looks alike from dog to dog. A nose print keeps the fine texture that makes each animal unique, and it is often easier to capture from a photo. We compare the two in nose print vs paw print jewellery.

Keepsakes for pets still here, and for those who are gone

Plenty of people order while their dog is snoring on the couch, because the best time to capture a nose print is while you can. Others come to us afterwards, with only old photos. Both are welcome. If you are remembering a pet, our pet memorial jewellery page and our list of pet memorial ideas may help.

Questions, answered

Can you make nose print jewellery from a photo?
Yes. Most orders start with a phone photo. If the nose is in focus and well lit, we can trace it. If the photo is not clear enough, we will tell you before anything is made.
Does it work for cats as well as dogs?
Yes. Cat noses are smaller with finer detail, so a close, sharp photo taken in daylight works best. A nap is often the easiest time to get one.
How long does it take?
Allow about 4 to 5 weeks from when you approve your details to delivery in Australia, with tracking.
Can I order for a pet that has passed away?
Yes. Old photos often work if the nose is in focus. Send what you have and we will be honest about how it will engrave.
What is the difference between dog jewellery and nose print jewellery?
Most dog jewellery uses a generic paw or bone design. Nose print jewellery is engraved with your own dog’s nose pattern, so no two pieces are the same.
Can I add my pet’s name?
Yes. The double-sided pendant can carry a name, dates or a few words on the back.
