How to take a good nose photo

Use daylight near a window. Turn the flash off.

Get close so the nose fills most of the frame, and tap the screen to focus on it.

Shoot straight on. Take a few and send the sharpest one.

An ink print on white paper also works. Use a non-toxic, water-based ink pad.

Production time

About 12 business days once we have your pet's nose print, sizing and engraving details and you've confirmed them.

Delivery time

Pieces are made by our partner jewellers overseas and shipped with tracked international delivery. Delivery to Australia usually takes 7–12 business days after dispatch.

From order to your door, allow around 4–5 weeks in total. If you need it by a certain date, such as a birthday or anniversary, email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Rings are sized by inner circumference in millimetres. Wrap a strip of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length.

What is the difference between Single-Sided and Double-Sided?

The Single-Sided pendant (A$339) has your pet's nose print on the front and smooth polished silver on the back. The Double-Sided pendant (A$369) adds a name or short text engraved on the back.

What can I engrave on the back?

A name, a date or a short phrase. Many people choose their pet's name with their years, or a few words that mean something to them. We'll confirm the exact wording with you in the proof.

Is a chain included?

No, the chain is not included. A 45 to 55 cm sterling silver chain sits nicely at the collarbone for most people.

Does the pendant work for both dogs and cats?

Yes. Upload a clear close-up photo of your dog's or cat's nose, or an ink print on white paper. Within 24 hours we email you a proof of your print and details, and nothing is engraved until you approve it.

Can I use an old photo of a pet who has passed away?
