Shipping policy

Every Nose Print Co. piece is made to order from your pet's own nose print, so it can't ship straight away.

Production time

About 12 business days once we have your pet's nose print, sizing and engraving details and you've confirmed them.

Delivery time

Pieces are made by our partner jewellers overseas and shipped with tracked international delivery. Delivery to Australia usually takes 7–12 business days after dispatch.

From order to your door, allow around 4–5 weeks in total. If you need it by a certain date, such as a birthday or anniversary, email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Shipping cost

Free tracked shipping on every order to Australian addresses. No minimum spend.

Tracking

We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped to Australia valued under A$1,000 do not attract customs duty.
